Connect&GO Doubles Admissions Across European Parks in One Year
Montreal, Qc – June 2025 — Connect&GO, a leading provider of integrated attraction management solutions, is proud to announce that admissions across its European partner parks have doubled in the past year, marking a major milestone in the company’s continued European expansion.
This year-over-year growth was highlighted over the recent holiday weekend in France, where nearly 60,000 guests were welcomed through Connect&GO-powered access control systems—without disruption or downtime.
“Whether it’s regulatory complexity or peak-season crowds, our goal is to build tech that operators can count on,” says Dominic Gagnon, CEO and Co-founder of Connect&GO. “This growth shows that European operators want more than a platform—they want a partner.”
Infrastructure Built to Flex and Self-Heal
To support increased traffic, Connect&GO’s engineering team has upgraded its infrastructure with auto-scalability and self-healing capabilities—enabling the platform to adapt to traffic surges and recover from issues in real time.
“We invested a lot over the last 6 months on our infrastructure to modernize it and give it auto-scaling and auto-healing capabilities" Says Stéphane St Arnauld, VP of Engineering "The system performance should be independent of the attendance level. Whether it's a weekday or a packed Saturday, it should always work"
Designed for the European Market: Live and Upcoming Integrations
Connect&GO’s growth in Europe is driven by its commitment to local operator needs. Key integrations—live or in development—include:
- Tesco Clubcard Voucher Redemption (live): Supports seamless loyalty redemption at Drayton Manor, a UK-first for the platform.
- Acrelec Kiosks (live): High-speed, self-service entry now running at several French parks.
- France Billet (live), Bókun & more (upcoming): Will enable stronger B2B and OTA booking capabilities.
This approach ensures Connect&GO grows in step with operator priorities, eliminating friction and unlocking new revenue streams.
Meeting Market Needs: Tesco Integration at Drayton Manor
Drayton Manor’s 75th season saw the launch of Connect&GO’s Tesco Clubcard integration—streamlining redemption during checkout and removing operational bottlenecks at one of the UK’s most visited family attractions.
The park, part of Looping Group, is the first UK venue to join the Connect&GO network.
“Looping Group is a high-expectation partner, and they’ve helped us push the platform forward,” says Gagnon. “By taking cues from their operational needs, we’re making our platform even more relevant for the European market.”
NF525: More Than a Stamp—It’s a Strategic Move
Connect&GO is fully NF525-certified, meeting France’s fiscal regulations for ticketing and receipts. This certification will soon be mandatory, and operators who don’t comply by using non-certified systems risk financial penalties.
Stringent regulatory adherence is core to how Connect&GO operates in every region, helping partners stay ahead of changing standards and build long-term guest trust.
Compliance isn’t just about checking boxes—it’s about operational readiness and future-proofing growth.
