The Partnership
Statera the 104th Island is an attraction located in Sorel-Tracy, Québec with a variety of activities for visitors to experience, but it was difficult to attract people to see everything they had to offer. In partnership with Connect&GO, they launched a new immersive experience using the Konnect all-in-one attractions management platform and RFID wristbands.
Konnect is an integrated management platform with omnichannel ticketing that helps operators increase revenue and guest engagement. Guests can scan their wristbands to access attractions, get discounts at partnering stores and take memorable photos at kiosks, all while operators receive access to real-time data they can use to better understand how people are experiencing their attraction.
Challenges
- Lack of guests visiting more than one attraction.
- Difficult to track which activities/locations were the most popular.
- Using paper tickets for each activity was difficult to manage, leaving room for loss, theft and costly errors.

The Connect&GO Solution
- One centralized system with omnichannel ticketing making it easy to purchase tickets to multiple attractions.
- RFID wristbands used to link all activities and discounts.
- The ability to track guest activity and participation throughout their visit.
